About Your Personal Data Collection
This section explains, in a clear and structured manner, how personal data is collected, processed, and protected throughout your interaction with StudiÖzgür.
Healthcare inherently involves sensitive information. For this reason, patients are informed not only about what data is processed, but also why it is necessary and how it is safeguarded. All personal data is handled in accordance with Turkish data protection legislation (KVKK) and processed under strict confidentiality principles applicable to healthcare providers.
Data is stored using secure communication systems, including Proton-based infrastructure hosted in Switzerland, a jurisdiction recognized for strong data protection standards. Access is restricted, technical and administrative safeguards are applied, and retention periods are limited strictly to medical, legal, and professional obligations.
This framework reflects a fundamental principle: trust in healthcare is built not only through treatment outcomes, but through discretion, confidentiality, and controlled data handling.
